Complete Rat Box Treatment- 2 x 100g Poison Packets and 10 Pasta Bait Blocks - Ready to Bait

The instructions were great and the trap and poison felt safe to use and kept pets and children safe. The poison was effective and the problem was quickly solved.

I noticed two rats coming from behind my garden shed last Sunday, looking for dropped bird food. I cleared away all the food and feeders (sadly), cleaned the area and ordered the box straight away. I saw the rats again several times before the box arrived Tuesday morning. However, since setting it up I have seen no sign of them. I am puzzled because the bait seems hardly to have been touched, if at all. I think a small amount of the grains have gone but I stupidly removed the paper envelopes from the paste bait, thinking you were supposed to, but if I had left it then I would have been more able to tell if they had nibbled at it. Anyway, for whatever reason, the rats seem to have gone and even if it was just the sight of the box that did it, I am more than grateful. I have left the box in place for now as a precaution.

I was very impressed with the very clear and concise instructions enclosed. Many companies could take a lesson from you!It was all easy to use, nothing complicated about it. However, we still have rats, but then everyone down our road has! We back onto a park with a lake, ducks, etc. Now the ducks haven't been fed so much, the rats have moved up to the houses. We are all trying to get rid of them, but I think they just move up and down according to where the bait is, or not!! However, I have high hopes of reducing the population.

The box is bigger than I expected, and ideally needs to be attached to a wall or fence to stop it being moved accidentally. I opted to weigh mine down with a large rock. I placed some of the wheat in the base and also put some pasta sachets on the rod. Checked the next day and around half the wheat had been taken, plus there were definite signs that the sachets had been nibbled. After four days, I could see no further evidence of bait being taken.

Looks the part, have baited the box and now will sit back and wait to see if it does the trick. It said that it could take a while so can't give a detailed review at the moment.

No instructions, brain teaser to get it open! Figured it out in the end. Guess it’s good that it is secure. Hint - don’t turn the key, just push it and lift the lid.

We haven't tried the trap as it only came yesterday but seems sturdy and robust. Comes with clear instructions for use and well packaged, very prompt delivery too. Fingers crossed it will clear the little blighters!
