Every 4 or 5-star review is spot on; these ladies are excellent teachers and beautiful dancers. They break down and make accessible, movements that can be extremely difficult to master in a short time. While I wouldn't recommend this DVD to rank beginner belly dancers, for the adventurous newbie, or the seasoned intermediate or advanced dancer, it's a treasure trove of material to add to your routines. I love the pacing and the instruction is friendly and easy to follow, with just enough reps to have you saying eventually, "Hey, I can do that"! I've looked for other instructional DVD's by these lovely ladies, but so far have found none... our loss, perhaps they will make another someday soon. To the people who found fault with this DVD, clearly, not everyone may be interested or even able to glean anything from this DVD, production aside. But as a veteran dancer and dance instructor, in my opinion, it is truly one of the best on this particular genre of belly dance yet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely a Beginner DVD *by M***F on November 22, 2020* This is a wonderful DVD. Clear instructions on the moves. Though it is a beginner's DVD, they go over about 4 moves in the isolation section and then use variations of those moves in the combination section. The isolations themselves as well as the combinations are not difficult. I enjoyed the stylization of the movements but this is not a challenging or intermediate DVD. Its a great intro to tribal style bellydance. I also thought the floor work section was very nice, but nothing about the DVD was really challenging. Though I definitely recommend this for people looking to explore tribal bellydance. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this DVD! *by A***E on January 5, 2022* I used to have a ripped copy of this vodeo, as well as several other belly dance videos (all have been lost), and this was my favorite! The workout routine, alone, is very effective, and I love tribal fusion. Unfortunately, I didnt give 5 stars because the company did not do a good job of making sure the dvd was secure in the case before wrapping and shipping out this dvd, and probably others. The case holds the dvd REALLY well, there is no way it bounced out of place during shipping. I could hear the dvd bouncing around in the case, and sure enough, it is scratched, but since there arent a bunch of these in stock, so replacement is unlikely and I want the video, I didnt process a return or exchange. Im just a bit disappointed in the scratch, but not the video. I recommend it for tribal fusion dancers and fans, alike.
