I had a regular and needed a large for the bigger patients. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a cuff so I got this one which works out for me because I can use it on myself as well (I have larger arms). It seems to be made of pretty sturdy quality. It is in a pouch which makes it easy to just throw in my clinical bag and carry with me. It is pretty standard in appearance, nothing fancy.
