It came with clear, two-sided tape included. My tank is a 37 gallon tall, so the bottom two inches isn't covered, but I intend to add a bit more fine gravel in the back so no problem. It's a nice river bed image if that's what you're looking for, but the best part is when you turn off the aquarium lights, the sun sort of glows.
