I'm not a professional photographer and you won't be able to use it with anything heavier than a compact camera.For the price I think it's a great little kit. It is very light (although the tripod leg is fairly heavy), easy to carry around and holds your camera fine. It has a few limitations though, due to the size:- Big wind may cause the tripod to fall- It can be wobbly at time (not so good for video)- Extended lens on a compact camera can cause it to lose it's balance- Won't sit on uneven terrain- Head attachment has specific angles(1 axis), and is not a smooth. It kinda clicks into positionsAdvantages:- Very light and small, so can be carried on your holidays without much worry. I'll attach it to a belt clip- Stabilizes videos very well, you can even use it as a monopod and have it stabilize on your leg.- you can attach other tripods to the bottom if you don't like the one it came with (e.g. a gorillapod, etc)- it is very tall and perfect when you take group pictures and you want to be on it!- it also holds the camera secure, I was able to fully extend it and hold it with one hand without any problem- it is good for selfie stick as well, although it's main purpose will be a travel tripodThings I cannot comment on :- gopro related attachments- phone attachments (although it looks good enough)If you have a phone/gopro/compact camera and you want to travel around with this, buy it!If you are taking photographing more seriously and you don't mind the weight, get a dedicated tripod, as this won't work! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Better than expected... *by K***1 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 June 2017* I use this for a Samsung 360 because of the low footprint Base stand which provides ok results.Stand is removable from the pole and feels sturdy enough to hold a good size phone or go pro. I would have reservations if I mounted a dslr on there.Build quality is better than expected with aluminium shaft and good quality plastic snap restraints for height adjustments. Supplied with a standard screw, go pro, mobile phone mounts.
