The penguins have no lights,the last wagon is not lit on top, and I did not get enough of the strings to tie it down. The last wagon has NO TIES. When it was delivered it was in a brown paper box, not it's original box. Was it used and I paid for new item.? Is that why it's missing the ties? The Santa NOSE COLOR IS COMING OFF.
