Review: Better than Tennis Ball, More Effective Relief - Before purchasing these I was using a racquetball, a tennis ball and a fairly hard yoga ball (came in kit with yoga props). None of them did the job of releasing sore spots and muscle tension well enough (too soft, too squishy, too hard - I know, I sound like Goldilocks 🤣). These Tuneup therapy balls are perfect! They are soft, but dense - have the perfect amount of give, yet firm enough to work deep if you want without hurting because they are also still soft. Sounds like a contradiction, but try them and you’ll know what I mean. I find I’m getting greater release of tight muscles, facia and greater relief from pain with these therapy balls. I have also bought the larger size therapy ball - it’s great for back, shoulders, back of thighs, forearms. The net bag (included) is helpful for using the two balls together on base of skull, down spine. Added plus, I store the two balls together now, so when I need them I’m not searching around the house. With purchase you are sent a downloadable 6 page newsletter that contains excellent and helpful info on techniques and use of the therapy balls. Thank you for that! Well worth the purchase price.

**Q: What do the different colored balls mean?**
A: The hot green, purple, and aqua blue are exactly the same smaller sized balls.  The deep blue is a more firm slightly larger ball set and the grey alpha balls are the largest most firm size.  Having each size is very useful.  The smaller ones do well for the feet, neck and shoulders and back.  The other sizes do well for the shoulders, back, hips, and thighs though the medium sized deep blue plus size can also work on the neck and feet but is a more firm pressure than these small ones.  Seriously, I used different ones depending on the day and how I feel.  Hope that helps.

**Q: Do they contain latex?**
A: Product info says that they are made of natural rubber.

**Q: do these have any give? I need something not rock hard and has a little give to massage near my ribs**
A: Yes the do, and they get a little softer with use.  I recommend using them on your feet first and as you put pressure into them, they soften up even more.  B00ERF6X4G is the ASIN to order this set of blue original balls.  The Corgeous Ball B00NQIUI96 though bigger is very soft and great for abdominal massage.
