I use these, certainly a lot more affordable (but, frankly, STILL NOT INEXPENSIVE) than alternatives, and being on Disability for a host of Health Issues not sure need all they SAY to take so I take 1 every other day (as, on Disability, just cannot afford buying as often as would have to if take as many as they want you too) - certainly isn't hurting my Health cause (getting at least some supplement boosts, sure better than none to help the body self-regulate). :) I feel better now, with these, than I did before, Placebo?
