I wear a size 10 or medium/large usually and after reading reviews I went with a size xxl. It fits but just barely enough to fit me, my chest and there still be room to shove a cat in the pocket. Also if your cat is bigger than 8-10 pounds the pocket is not deep enough. I have 2 cats One is 8-9 lbs and fits, my other is 20lbs and NO way would he fit.The material is soft but firm.
