Review: YES! HOT LUNCH ON THE ROAD! - OH MY! When I first saw this on desertcart, I thought, "Huh...that looks interesting." I'm a courier and take my lunch every day I drive. On the road, there aren't a lot of places to get food that is good and healthy - not to mention the cost. Remember the $5 menu? Today, go to a fastfood restaurant and you'll drop $12+. It might be fine once a week, but after that you start to feel it. I bought this lunchbox with the thought of fixing this problem. I take a PBJ every day - it's on my freshly milled wheat bread, so it is good and healthy - but the same lunch everyday gets old. I love leftovers and have snuck into a convenience store to use their microwave, but it never works out very well. I used this lunchbox for the first time yesterday. I let it heat up for @ 40 minutes. I was really pleased with how well it heated. I opened the lid and steam came out. I had to blow on the bites before I could eat! My leftovers were delicious and I saved myself $10 - $15. So how long will it take for me to have paid for this lunchbox? A week? This was an EXCELLENT purchase. Suggestions: Go to an American culinary school and pay $200 for a student to 1 write your instructions (and use suggestions and maybe even a small recipe guide). 2. Include some sort of lid where the removable pan can be spill-proof while being kept cool. Fully explain this on your desertcart site. I saw a lot of questions (and I had some too) that you should answer before they are asked. Otherwise, if this product lasts, it is an excellent product. If it doesn't last, I will change my review.
