The quality of the item is very high for the price. Does not feel cheap at all. Perfect for a home gym. Perfect bit of kit for working out your arms without evolving you back. Which was the plan for me as I have a back issues. Specifically a week back and am going core exercises to fix this. If I wanted to do strength training at the same time as repairing my back with conventional weight lifting techniques e.g. standing bicep curls or concentration curls I would have put my back out again ! I'm a larger lady & I curl fairly heavy weights, I have also used the bar stand to do bench dips, this can withstand some serious wear & tear!
