No issues with quality that I can discern, and not only that, it's perfect in its playability, at least for me...not so difficult that you get frustrated, and not so easy that you get bored. It's just perfect in every way, at least as a fidget. Whether it helps my wrist or not over time remains to be seen, but I have high hopes for that. I've only been playing with a short while, and in this time I can feel that the motion is addressing my problem areas in a gentle way, and hopefully it will help strengthen the muscles and tendons the more I use it.
