**Q: Is this burner suitable for use indoors with adequate ventilation?**
A: As far as I am awere, there is any restriction or limitation on indoor use.   However I am not sure I would.  It also depends whether this is a one off use, under constant surveillance for (say) 20 min or whether is supposed to be be regular long term use.

**Q: Is it suitable for indoor gas/the same gas used for kitchen hobs and ovens? Or will I need a converter?**
A: We only use our gas wok Burner. Out side be safe. Gas bottle.

**Q: What is the limit on the width of the cooking pot to be used on it? Could you use 1 metre wide pan on it or does the plastic pipe burn?**
A: I use a cadac paella pan on it 43cm diameter and that’s about the limit otherwise you can’t get to the valves to shut off/ turn down the gas 
Very good burner though, I use it all the time.

**Q: Do they have a gas fail Safe fitted?**
A: Not on the one from amazon

Edit on Dec 2019: when used indoors smells like gas especially when on full whack, could be better designed, no longer needed.Works okay have had few weak flame issues I managed to sort out myself but the actual thing the wok sits on isn't cast iron.and u don't think the feet are either, misleading right?!It's not 100% cast iron the paint peels off the when you use it. The base seems to be cast iron also by the gas brass parts is clearly cast because you can see the case mould lines. 80% cast iron 20% steel or other metal.
