They are well designed and easy for our 3.5 year old to take apart and put together. He has spent hours rearranging the parts. One is fun but you can only take it apart and put it back the same way with two you can do some modifications but three really allow them to create for a longer time. These are amazing!!! They even thought as far to make the original car connecting points the same color on each piece so they can easily create the original car when they would like to.
