I needed something that I could play movies or music at a decent volume without disturbing my husband’s sleep. This works great for my adhd to get me back to sleep. The band is comfortable and not too hot (and I’m a hot sleeper). The speakers are super thin, but still a little hard. It bothers my ears slightly, but I’m still able to sleep with it. Sound quality is good. For the price, it’s a little awkward. You have to take the device out of the band to charge it, there is a lot of wiggle room so it moves quite a bit. I wear the remote on my forehead rather than the back of my head so that it doesn’t put pressure on the base of my skull when I sleep. It works well, but I wish it were more user friendly and cheaper.
