I hoped that this product would help me keep a steadier sleeping pattern and it does! I have been using this product for almost two weeks now are have been successful in maintain my sleep. Please note though this is not a magical pill that will knock you out. I also found that it doesn't always have the save drowsy affect each time. So, don't rely on this to put you to sleep every time. I should also note that this only works if you are wanting to sleep. What I mean by this is using phones, reading books etc seems to stop this being and effective option.
