I didn't get it in time for winter indoor league, but the beginning of outdoor season was about the same ambient temp/humidity and they really appreciated having these vs one of their towel wraps. It fits a bit large on them but they don't mind, it covers more of their legs and they don't complain about their fingers being cold. It dries quickly as well, which is great for them to keep warm between events. They are not fully waterproof as my kid left water spots on the car seat, but sufficient. It's pricey. I don't think I ever would have paid full price.
