I bike and rollerblade occasionally, so my legs are still muscular. The medium size was good for my hands/wrists and elbows perfectly, but not the knees… I couldn’t get the first Velcro tabs to touch and could only get one of the outer portions to loop, but not reach where it’s meant!!!
