Watch video 1st; then follow written instructions.
All the tools you need and then some. Watch the video and plan ahead for the original battery adhesive to break loose. Despite following directions; I needed to follow up with a hair dryer, carefully prying from the edges to remove the old battery. Installation a 'snap'. Magnetized screw drivers really help with the 'watchmaker' screws. Phone now runs flawlessly at a higher speed. A week later; the screen protector that was included with the order is thicker then OEM screen protectors at the phone store. Also appeared to slightly blur the images. Replaced with a more expensive; brand name screen protector and the images are much more defined.

Gave the iPhone 6 new life!
I was able to change out the battery myself. I was a little concerned when the instructions and packaging materials looked like they were written by someone who definitely uses English as a second language but, spelling and grammatical errors aside, directions were fairly concise. I also recommend watching a couple of YouTube videos on how to install the battery in advance. I had to mangle up the old battery pretty good to get it out of the frame. Capacity seems to be higher than the standard battery and my wife seems to think that she has longer times between charging than when the phone was new. It's only been installed a couple of days but so far so good. I highly recommend this product.

WARNING EXPANDING BATTERY!
WARNING EXPANDING BATTERY! Hay new update! I thought I loved this new battery as it helped my phone retain some battery life compared to my old battery. However the battery will EXPAND suddenly and BREAK your phone in half. Beware of this product as it is not the original Iphone battery. You can see that the battery expanded by 4mm which will break your phone screen. Worst product I've ever bought and hope that Amazon changes this product to not be Amazon choices as it will break all phones that it is installed in.

20 Minutes and done!
Took less than 20 minutes to replace battery. Watch videos online and know what you are doing before you start. My original Apple battery was swelling and pushing my screen out of the case. This kit has everything you need to safely replace your IPhone 6 battery. Directions are clear with color photos showing each step. Very important: Do Not Pry On Old Battery! Pull the two adhesive release strips and the battery just lifts out without any prying or heating. Be very careful with the ribbon cables at the top of the screen and everything will work just like it did before you opened the case. Screwdrivers seemed to be magnetized, which was perfect for those tiny little screws. I didn't need any of the extra screws included with the kit. They gummy strip of an upside-down post-it works perfectly for keeping track of the screws. Battery installed with 51% power showing at first power-up. From everything I found online, that is right where it should be. I have no idea how long this will last or if there really is any extra power in it. My greatest concern was getting the old battery out before it destroyed my phone. I will update post later if anything changes with durability or capacity issues. Funny thing - it only took about 20 minutes to install. 15 minutes later, Amazon texted to inform me my battery had been delivered. Pictures are of my original Apple battery swelling.

Battery expanded after a couple months and broke my phone.
The battery slowly expanded over the span of 4 months which only became noticeable as my screen started to show signs of separating from the phone's case on the side of the battery. Soon after this discovery my phone began to separate more until it reached the point in the pictures above. It had broken the plastic clips that hold the phone to the case at the bottom of the screen's frame. Even before this battery expanded the battery life was not great and was on par with a standard sized new battery. I do not recommend this battery because of the damage it caused my phone. Even if I replaced this battery under their 2 year warranty then I would run the risk of breaking another 50-80 dollar screen after it expanded again which isn't worth it.

Be careful of the installation instructions in the pack
The product works as advertised, battery lasts more than a day. The pack includes everything you need and the inclusion of a screen protector is a nice touch. Don't follow the installation instructions provided with the pack. The only step worth noting is the battery charge cycle warning, you must allow the battery to expend itself to below 15% and then charge uninterrupted to 100% five times. This is critical to training the batteries crystals otherwise you'll end up with a dud very quickly. For installation instructions I highly recommend using ifixits instructions (do a google search for 'install iphone 6 battery'). There are a few tricks that you must know about when replacing the battery and they're detailed there. What's also great is there are comments made by other people, users like you and I, and what their experience has been like. If it wasn't for what I learned there I probably would've messed it up. There are fastrack tips there that make the installation go very smoothly.

Battery came with a note that said, "Defective, please send refund"
As someone who's replaced countless batteries, I finally had to replace my own. Upon receiving the package, I opened it up to find a note in messy handwriting that said, "Defective, please send refund".I was a bit startled but I continued to opened it up and found 2 batteries and 1 tool. That's right, that was it.The battery on top was a bad crumbled-up Apple manufactured battery and below that one, the 'new' battery in its casing. Only one tool, a blue prying tool! Thankfully, I had my own tools so I used them to try out the 'new' battery.Once I powered the iPhone on with the 'new' battery it was at 10% and suddenly dropped to 9%. Usually they come charged anywhere from 40% to 50%.

Battery exploded!!
Less than 4 months after I bought this battery & replaced it in my iPhone 6, I noticed the screen was being pushed up/away from the back case. I took it to the nearest Apple Store to find out what was going on. The after-market battery exploded/swelled inside the case, making the phone completely worthless. Luckily I was able to replace the iphone for a reasonable price. I should have gone there in the first place to get an Apple battery, instead of wasting $ on this cheap crap & ruining the phone.
