To their credit the suppliers changed it immediately and paid the return postage. However, the next one had the same problem the 2nd time I used it.Like some others I decided not to send it back again and now ignite manually, which is OK but a little difficult due to the length of the wand.Turning to the operation of the wand, it is a slow process, but it does destroy the weeks as far as can be seen, however they do pop up again in a few days.If you have a lot of weeds in paths to clear (as I did) then this does the job (slowly), but you may need another (chemical?) solution to stop them coming back, otherwise you will need to go over the same ground again every 2 or 3 days (obviously quicker every time.For me it was worth the purchase to clear the weeds but I will chemicals now to keep in check.The reason for 3 stars is that this is not a long term solution and the ignition problem is annoying. However, it is good value and will be useful in certain circumstances. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A quick wizz round every week will give me good results.
