This product definitely deserves one. This is one of the best waist trainers you can purchase for the price, Well this is one of the best waist shapers you can purchase PERIOD.I have purchased many of a waist trainers that have broken within the first week; usually the material was good however the clasps/zippers were far from inadequate.You will not experience this with this trainer, the material is very thick and comfortable against the skin, (no pulling or tagging) I did go with a recommendation of another review and sized down and the shaper fit perfectly it does not crease or roll down even after rigorous exercise. For reference I am short female 198 lbs, 32 inch waist and I purchased a Medium using the second clasp, again it fits really well. No disrespect, I would love to be one of the reviewers at 190-200 pounds with a 32in waist but no such luck. I am 180 pounds and I tape measured at 36in waist above and below the navel. The large is a little snug even at the last clasp for me. The zipper makes the product fit tighter. I have right hip and back issue to include sciatica, so the pressure is too much. I think the L is a good fit if your measurements are the same as mine and you don't have the issues. I do like the feel of the material. I'm excited about getting that 32in waist along with losing 20 pounds with exercise and good eating. I'm excited and waiting on the XL (18).
