They are constructed in a naturally springy shape (to keep your nose/nasals open). After 15, or so, uses the spring softens and becomes ineffective. I swear by them. **Q: What’s the difference between the 30 day and 45 day version?** A: It’s most likely that one box has two and the 45 day has 3. Each aid is good for 15 days according to the directions. I get a little longer usage out of them. More like 20 days. **Q: Description says 2 pack, 45 days, total 90. Some reviews say they only got 1 pack 45 days total. Is it a 90 or 45 day supply?** A: I got 2 packs. No problem. **Q: Is this two boxes with 3 aids each (total of 6 aids)?** A: No it's not.
