The beans are nice and fresh I recieved mine the day afrer it was baked so left it a few days to rest because it was a bit to fresh to make an espresso. Absolutely beautiful flavour though well worth it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Nice *by K***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 September 2018* Makes a very nice cup. Balanced and fruity. I don't think I have a good enough espresso machine (DeLonghi ESE) to get the most out of this bean however. I found I needed to really pack it up - at least 21g which my machine struggles with, to get the most out of it.Very good bean. Very nice coffee.
