I have ordered these multiple times from desertcart and they have always been packed in a large box and arrived in perfect shape. This last order? The item was packed inside a corrugated box as usual; however, the item itself had been sent to desertcart in just the lightweight box before sending it on to me. The lightweight box was crushed in and retaped but it allowed a number of the inside bags of crackers to be broken - they are edible but not intact to put out on a cheese platter. Since it is a food item, there is a no-return policy but desertcart refunded my money in total.
