Review: Brilliant and it seems to work on pain - I've been suffering from a painful muscle in the top of my right arm for a few months and having used three different creams and gels, including one on prescription, the pain did not subside. I purchased the coaster 10 days ago and placed a glass of water on the marble side. Throughout the day I drank 3 glasses of magnetised water and on the third day the pain vanished and has not come back. It's early days but I'm hopeful the pain has gone for good although I'll continue drinking the magnetised water as it tastes so much sweeter.

**Q: is the north and south correctly marked? I have other magnets marked and the coster seems wrongly marked**
A: Southpole is the blue circles and is for stimulating and energy. North Pole for calming and relaxing.

A: Yes - This is clearly marked on the coaster.

**Q: how many years does this magnetic coaster last shelf life on magnets that is before they cease working**
A: 10 years for that amount of Gauss.

**Q: what are the dimensions of this magnet? how strong is the Guass rating and what is the grade of the magnet?**
