And I am so glad I did despite the bad press I read on them. I was also worried about buying the right size as the reviews were also very confusing between US and UK sizes. So to be clear I bought my pair from desertcart UK, and selected the size 6 UK as shown on the drop down list. I am a size 6 UK, 39EU. They arrived well packed in a box, labelled size 7 (US size), supplied with a small tool to adjust the wheels and toe stoppers. They fit perfectly around feet, my big toes have room to wiggle at the front and I also have room at the back to wear thick socks during the winter month. Going a size down It would have been too tight and unconfortable for me, maybe a half size down would have worked. The wheels are square, 60mm and feel soft, so would be ok for outside but they are not very fast. I have been using them indoor for about 3 weeks now, learning some dance steps and intermediaire level rollerskating technics, nothing too crazy. I like that the boots are stiff at the back for more support, but don't rub or hurt my feet. I added a foam insole for more comfort but was not necessary. Overall I love my new skates and I am so glad I listened to my gut feeling. They are great rollerskates for beginners and cheaper than other brands. And if you don't fancy the white just paint them (with angelus paint)! Hope my review can be usefull to someone. I just measured them with a tape measure so I can order some colored laces for my daughter, and the laces that came with her size 7 skates were in fact.... what for it, what for it... 86 inches long. There is your answer that you can actually use. **Q: I wear a shoe size 10, Should skate size be the same or larger ?** A: I always go up 1 size in order to wear thicker socks. The boot rub the ankle and create blisters so I wear really thick socks to prevent that friction. Other then that you could probably order your correct size. **Q: What size bearings do these use, 7mm or 8mm?** A: Hi Ashely, I´m not sure about the bearings, it doesn´t say but I think I got 7mm, they aren´t too big. The only thing about this skates is that are a little bit heavy, I could´t get it use to. If you want mine I can sell them to you. Are size 7 and I just use them 4 times since I Bought them. Bought them for my daughter, and would buy a pair for myself. They are a little roomy.
