Very easy to prep, rinse, microwave, done! I looove the texture! Proper firm, not like baby food. It doesn’t really taste or smell like anything, which is perfect. Make sure to rinse it tho!

OMG!!! Absolute game changer for keto! How did I live without this? It’s obviously not very filling, as it has no carbs, but gives you more food options!
