This is more for people who want a glossy lip at first and feels natural after a while. **Q: Is this product supposed to come with a tamper proof seal?** A: I called Maybelline, after the second tube was also sent the same way as the first one, that I tossed and was refunded for - NO PACKAGING. Maybelline said that the tube doesn't have packaging or a safety seal and that if it looks unused, it's safe to use. Just felt I had to respond to my first response and let you know. **Q: does it show up bright red?** A: Then red revival shows up as a medium red between bright and dark. Very close to the picture shown.
