I see all the girls in the gym doing hip trust with barbells across their laps and because I’m a single mom, Im not able to make it to the gym often so I have a small set up at home. I was researching barbells for this sole purpose then came across this gadget. It looked like it could work and it was a hell of a lot cheaper and easier to store than a barbell with plates would be. I already had adjustable dumbbells at home so I hit the little “buy it now” button to expedite my ticket to booty building. As soon as I got it, I was off and running and didn’t need any instruction on how to work it. It’s super simple and very comfortable across your hips, unlike a heavy barbell that would need padding or a yoga mat in between. It came with instructions that showed different ways to use it but since I’m interested in upgrading my barely a B backside into a full C cup, I’ve only used it one way. I do 3 sets of 12 and I feel the burn the next day.
