When I read the premise of this book i was so stoked to read it and i loved it. I am a huge sucker of cute rom coms and friends with lovers trope. Lilly was like a train wreck always ending up in trouble but she was free spirited and knew how to live a full life, whereas our male lead Oliver was always perfect in control kinda guy it was like they needed each other to balance life. Oliver was always there for Lilly in her ups and downs. I loved her enthusiasm for her dream of opening a cafe and how oliver supported it and helped her too. I loved their friend circle too all of them were so involved with each other and so encouraging and caring especially Amy. I can't wait for her story as well. All i want to say is this book was fun and so easy to read, I finished it in two days. I can't wait to read more from the author.Available 21st March onwards on kindle, paperback and free on KUDo read it :)

I finished this book in one day. I couldn't stop reading. Oliver and Lily are really perfect for each other and I want an Oliver in my life. Looking forward to Amy and Lucas' book

I loved the storyline, and there were some great tropes in this story! My one, albeit large, hang up was with the dialogue between the characters. It was written so formally and came off as incredibly stilted at times. There were no shortened phrases anywhere to be found - “I am” instead of “I’m” and so on - and grammar was always 100% perfect, so it just seemed more stiff and not super realistic to real humans conversations. Took me a while to get used to that. I think loosening up the dialogue and throwing in changes in speaking style would be hugely helpful.

This book was one of the best romance books I have read in a while!! Super clean romance which I love!! No spice is needed because the characters chemistry is enough to keep you hooked!! From the first chapter I could not put it down, I finished this book in a day.Can we just talk about how Oliver is the perfect book boyfriend EVER?!?! I also loved every time Lily was baking and I loved the fake dating trope! Reminded me a little of The Cheet Sheet by Sarah Adams but better because there is baking involved 💗 Can't wait to read more from this author, she has a serious talent writing books!
