Review: Junk - I have been trying to use this thing since July when I received it. Software is not compatible with this product which is the AU-AM200. I have tried to download on my iPhone and windows to no avail. I can’t hear anything at all from my computer due to lack of software. Then I thought I found a solution by deleting and downloading again- but this time it was in Japanese and basically was a manual. Total crap. This is very frustrating because I’ve had this thing for 2 months and have never used it. I also reached out to customer support and they were not helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I am extremely tech savvy, but this is a piece of crap. The instruction manual that comes with it is a joke.

A: a XLR to 3.5 mm Microphone is what comes in the Box. It works good but, it is not the best like a Shure Microphone or other higher end brand. If you want to use a USB Microphone You will have to use a computer of laptop with two usb ports and use one port for recording the usb microphone and the other usb port to listen to the broadcast through the Maono Console.

A: Hello, the AM200 mixer is compatible with microphones with 3.5mm interfaces and has two microphone interfaces. If you want to buy additional microphones, we recommend purchasing PM325T microphones or other condenser microphones with 3.5mm interfaces on the market, which can be used with the AM200 Mixer compatible;

I have been trying to use this thing since July when I received it. Software is not compatible with this product which is the AU-AM200. I have tried to download on my iPhone and windows to no avail. I can’t hear anything at all from my computer due to lack of software.
