I'm fit and muscular but by no means huge in any way. I usually wear small/medium Tshirts. The Synergy swimskin 2 and 3 series small/medium run small. They do not fit me despite the fact that I'm within the weight and height range in their sizing chart. I had to buy and return the small and medium versions of the swimskin 2 AND swimskin 3 to find that out. I finally settled on Swimskin 3 large. This fits quite snuggly. If you're any bigger than me you need to get XL or XXL. The only difference between the 2 and 3 is the sleeves. Both are good swimskins. Review: Poor quality with zipper - I should have listened to others that reported the poor use of cheap zipper and pull material. The money paid I would have expected a better product rather than the cheap zipper/pull clip- broke first day using.
