I was a bit sceptical ordering this cooler as I was afraid it is too small and won't accomodate larger containers. Turns out the size is ideal for lunch/snack prep. Not too big, not too small and does not look like a duffel bag when carrying it. Shoulder strap is a great addition if you have to juggle multiple bags each day.Shelves are great if using provided boxes, but are also easily removable, making more room in a cooler for all sorts of containers. Tall enough (almost 9 inch) to fit a standard shaker bottle inside. Side mesh pockets are, in fact, stretchy enough to fit a water or a smoothie bottle. And gel packs will keep your food cold for a good few hours.
