**Q: Will it fit a 12 year old?**
A: Hi, yes absolutely, my son was 10 when I bought this helmet for him. But he’s a big ten year old. Wears 12-13 sometimes 14 age clothes.  I have just asked him to try it on again just to be sure. The quality is excellent. He was very impressed, Sean’s description: he thought the of the colour of the helmet was great, and looks like the ones you would see from ww1 films. It’s heavy but he got used to that. Very strong. Lining has modern materials. Chin strap is great. 
He absolutely loves it, and overall he thinks it’s very good. Hope that helps.

Not sure what is wrong with the design but I bought it for my teenage son as he is into history, it arrived and wouldn't cover his head, felt like it was made for a child.
