Could you sit on this comfortably through a 2hr movie?** A: All buckwheat zafus make a little sound if you shift your hips--it has never been a problem for me -- in week-long silent meditation retreats. The hulls mash down eventually, settle slightly. This version has a zipper opening to refill or plump up as needed. As for the movie, it would depend on how you arrange your legs. Personally, I cannot do 2 hours in the lotus position.
