Making a bar top that will use 320lbs of mix.** A: I haven’t used this for anything that large, but I use it often and have only used about 1/10 of the bottle in a year. I’d presume you wouldn’t even need half the bottle. This stuff is strong and a little goes a long way. Just be sure to do a sample test before using it on something that large to get a feel for how much pigment you’ll need. I’d also suggest verifying how well it integrates with your cement. I found on some gypsum/plaster/cement it had a reaction where the black would show on a paper towel when wiped after curing. **Q: What is the ratio of dye to concrete mix?** A: You'll have to experiment. It depends on how dark you want it. A little bit of it goes a long way. **Q: Will one bottle dye an 80 pound bag of mortar to jet black** A: No **Q: Can i add this to grout already down and dry?** A: Thank you for your inquiry! This cannot be applied to already cured grout. If there is some room between your current grout and tile, you could install another thin layer of grout using this colorant.
