Review: All time favorite pan. Woohoooo - Great, excellent quality pan. This 12" SS pan is much lighter then my 10-in SS copper bottom pan. Using it on an electric cooktop with 7inch burners it heats up fast and evenly!!! The lid is amazing quality, sounds silly to be excited about a pan lid but You got to see it and feel it to understand how good it is... I cooked a pizza as big as the entire bottom of the pan, no hot spots cooked completely and evenly, didn't burn anything.. AMAZING.. Couple pictures of the burners I'm using to compare with the size of the pan, it heats and cooks EVENLY on this tiny 7-inch burner.. woohoóo😃 It's a bargain. Things don't stick if you know how to cook on stainless steel. Buy it, you will be stoked.....

It's my go-to pan for cooking. I had to learn a few tricks to using it properly, but it's amazing. I chose this over non-stick, stone, and even heavy iron because my wife needs something with a glass lid, easy to use, and will last forever. I don't worry about scratching it up. Using heat and olive oil properly enables it to clean up well. Anyway, I wouldn't trade it for any other pan.
