Won't spin. *by M***M on 27 November 2023* What a piece of junk! That's a very expensive thing for such a short life expectancy. Made four drinks and the motor is frozen. 4 drinks!! I forced it to turn but it's so gummed up that it just won't work anymore. Used the supplied wood chips. So their own material gums up their own equipment and causes it to fail rapidly. A little smoke escapes so the lid isn't quite perfectly fitting either. Oh great. It gets worse. It leaves a stain on the countertop. Apparently smoke goes through the bottom too.
