I only had like 2-3 mild ones since starting the night minerals & I caught them in time by catching my big toe and flexing my foot towards my shin. I'm about to be 38 wks and I can't even remember the last one that I had. The powder mixes well with room temp/cool water, but I'm very asian when it comes to drinking super cold drinks so I tend to do half cool water + half hot water to make a warm bedtime drink. You might want to give it a few stirs as you're drinking it bc the powder will start to settle to the bottom & you want the drink to look cloudy. It has a slightly tart taste (sometimes slightly sweet taste, depends on the batch) that is easy to drink. I've also added it to smoothies & adrenal cocktails. It does help me to get longer stretches of sleep and there is the added bonus of regular, soft bms if you intake enough fiber in your diet. I was pleasantly surprised by this unexpected side effect. Highly recommend this supplement & without any hard studies to draw from, I do believe that taking this the majority of my pregnancy has helped me avoid the teeth problems that many pregnant women get.
