Then ignitor would not start, took a bit of trouble shooting as doubted the D batteries age. Eventually figured out had a seal issue with hoses, swapped to a 15' hose. Now fantastic. Super excited for upgrade from gravity camping shower/heating water in the sun or over a fire. We boondock a lot so we need to watch water uses. I also hate the ridiculous tiny camper shower that was made for small children. This heater took just a few minutes to figure out and set up.
