My only complaint is that the audio book was read by a man (on the Audio CD). Although he has a great voice and is easy to listen to, I do believe that a woman would've done this book better service. After all, a woman wrote the book! The good part about having the audio CD's is that I was able to listen myself and then pass them on to my friends and family who I know don't take the time to sit down and read a book.I love to see how God is the same yesterday, today and forever. He showcases His miracles among those who live in oppressed nations. He shows himself to those who still believe. In America, we often don't see this supernatural side anymore. We are taught that this style of God manifesting Himself only applied in the Old Testament and time of apostles. We learn to push the supernatural aside. Our brothers and sisters around the world still do see His miracles, as they yearn to seek His face.I LOVE how Reema's heart was tender enough to listen to the Spirit's promptings. If you've ever thought it futile to give the message of the Bible to a Muslim, Reema Goode's book Which None Can Shut will encourage you that Jesus is still drawing people to Himself, even people on the Arabian peninsula.I've read or heard some stories of Muslims converting to Christianity that struck me as cheesy. After reading Reema Goode's Which None Can Shut: Remarkable True Stories Of God's Miraculous Work in the Muslim World I feel that I have an idea of what that life might be like. Writing under a pseudonym to protect not only her and her family, but those who have been led to Christ by them, Mrs. Goode shows us the world that she, her husband and her two children live in.This book is not a book that instructs people how to evangelize the Muslim world, nor, is this a book that tells the world the statistics of those who were Muslim and have now come to faith in Jesus Christ. What this book is, is a wonderful collection of experiences that Mrs. Goode and her family have lived through while sharing the love of, and the Good News of Jesus Christ. This book is a very easy read and was one that I had a hard time putting down. As I read this book, I felt as though I was having a cup of coffee with Mrs. Goode in my living room, listening to her tell her stories to me.This book will encourage as well as challenge you.
