This is a huge problem in a lot of coloring books and even ones that are marked and promoted as being printed on one page or having black backed paper for lower saturation issues - I've been through just as many as I have enjoyed that I've unfortunately had to return. These books are amazing. I hadn't heard of the company before and I didn't see these on desertcart prior to my other purchases. Luckily I happened on them while browsing and this three pack was on special at a great price while promoting all the features that I wanted, but at a fraction the cost. I had to try them out. On delivery, the books come in one thick plastic sleeve with each being separated by a piece of cardboard so that the pages are safe from damages. The covers are glossy and thick, high quality cardstock that feels heavy and right in your hand so that while coloring on any surface, whether at a desk or on your lap while sitting on the couch you'll have a tangible and reliable surface for a steady hand. The books come with designs printed on one individual side of each heavy sheet and while I have used them with great success with my markers, I will admit there is a slight - only a slight - bleed behind the page. That said, it's not enough for me to want to return this and it was not an issue that stopped me from pursuing further interest in future purchases buy this publisher. If you're using any set of online brush tip markers, you should be as long as you put the accompanying piece of cardboard behind your page as a safety measure, just in case.
