**Q: Can they be washed at 30 degrees? It says cold but this is no good for underwear. Do they shrink?**
A: My husband washed them with the general black wash, between 30 - 40 degrees, and there was a very slight shrinkage.

**Q: For someone who is size 12-14 is m or l better please? tia**
A: I wear M&S full brief size 14 and in these a M. Very comfortable.

Soft comfortable fabric with no central seam. They are not as high rise as in the model and the legs do ride up a bit. I wouldn't find them comfortable as underwear but they are great to wear in bed. Nice selection of colours. I'm a size 10 and they fit true to size. They seem to wash well
