The mouth of the bottle is wide enough to scoop ice into it easily. And it keeps drinks cold so well, we have reduced the amount of ice so we have more room for the drink itself. We try to work out 5 days a week and these bottles are wonderful, easy to hold, don't require tilting the bottle to drink, are easy to keep clean, etc. We highly recommend these!Sept 20, 2018: Update: We want to pass on accolades to the vendor. We had a problem with one of the bottles that lost a piece in the drinking spout that caused it to lose suction. I contacted the vendor and included pictures. They were wonderful and sent us a replacement set! This is customer service at its finest! These work great. I was surprised though that the bottles are two different sizes, perhaps it said this and I messed it when looking at the product. This is actually a good thing for me as I like having the two size options. I also like the ease in which the top of the bottle screws on and seals. I’ve had some bottles in the past that sealed but then were difficult to open again.
