It literally is two lamps, a clamp for the lamps, a plug adapter, a timer, bulbs, a smelly rubber mat, a suction cup (for the glass) and a heavy piece of glass. The glass is all we used from this kit and if we could find a larger piece of glass with the same thickness, we would not use it either. Not worth the price to me.
