It looks like the receiver nut came loose. Sure, the base isn't really non-slip as advertised, and is made of rather soft(ish) plastic than rubber, but that doesn't really bother me on the carpet.The first pair came without a bolt so I couldn't use it until the next one arrived. The good thing is, the seller really stands behind their product. It didn't take long before they offered me a replacement, or should I say 99%-off refund code, as apparently, this is all they can do.
