Ich kann hauptsächlich für Fleischfondues sprechen: Die Temperatur ist immer konstant, fällt nie ab- auch bei 6 Gabeln im Einsatz. Der Regler reguliert sehr schnell. Bei 4 Gabeln mussten wir den sogar runter drehen da es sonst zu heiß wurde. Deutlich besser als mit einer offenen Flamme- hätte ich vorher nicht gedacht. Alles lässt sich problemlos reinigen und kompakt verstauen Das einzig negative ist das die Gabeln keine Farbmarkierungen haben- warum auch immer. Aber damit kann man locker leben

Ein schön einfaches und solides Gerät wie man es von Severin erwartet.
