No magnets needed to keep the fabric under your chin, and depending on your activity and head shape, you might not need pins to keep this from slipping off your underscarf and tuck the end into itself when you're done wrapping. I wear this to work often where I work in an office setting. The white is not pure white so I can't wear with white clothes or underscarf, it's more of a yellow white. It works when I wear beige, brown or blue and then just use a very dark underscarf with it to ensure it doesn't look off. Its hard to find a pure white scarf, but it's not a deal breaker The material is stretchy enough to wrap easily and has plenty of length to wrap twice then lay over your chest or wrap up and over to get pinned on the side if you want more coverage on your head with 2 layers. The black and white are thin and breathable but not see through so they are perfect.
