**Q: I see it comes with windows 11 out the box, is it possible to downgrade to windows 7 or windows 10?**
A: I don't know why you would want to.  Just buy one with Windows 10 installed.  As far as 7 is concerned you must have the original instillation disk and it is no longer supported by Microsoft.

**Q: Product spec shows amd radeon pro 560 but the heading says rtx 4050.
what does that mean?**
A: In the Nvidia control panel you can choose what GPU to use.  The Radeon or the Nvidia video card.  For games you want to use the Nvidia one as that does not use the CPU to display graphics.  Basically you are taking the CPU out of the graphics rendering.  If you use Nvidia card 100% the battery life is way shorter and the laptop heats up
