The fitting are very high quality and makes a nice seal with the hose bib so there are no leaks. What I love about it is that it is so incredibly light weight and super easy to work with. As it fills up with water it extends and when it empties it shrinks. Awesome! It funnels though a narrow diameter which gives a nice powerful spray for cleaning and the attachment has a great setting for watering plants. I used to drag around a watering can instead of dealing with by python of a garden hose.... but no more. This makes every day watering and cleaning a snap.... But the best it putting it away.I'm not following the instructions and storing it out of sunlight. We will see how long it lasts....But for $29... I'd be willing to get a replacement every now and then.Also.... I just used it to spray organic fungicide on my fruit trees and the shut off value made it a SNAP. This alone is worth it's weight in gold to not be covered in all that junk.Never thought I could be so excited for a darn garden hose but this one is a little gem....Oh... and one more thing. The hanging assembly is really a creative storage solution. Just coil it up on that and hang it on the hose bib... Voila... Hose is easily stored. Because it is so lightweight there is no need to buy a storage container. It's great.I'm going to buy another one for the front yard! ### ⭐⭐⭐ lightweight hose but not durable *by L***S on November 16, 2018* This is a very easy hose to use. However, it only lasted a year. I water once a week in summer only so it hasn't been overused. It's only used on a lawn area but it punctured in 4 places and collapsed today. It all happened at once which leads me to believe it just disintegrated. Wouldn't buy this one again when you compare to the lifespan of other hoses. ### ⭐ Developed Leaks in 1 yr (cannot return now) *by J***Z on April 10, 2020* I live in Northern California - bay area (Summers are not very hot & winter is not too cold) It worked well in the beginning with the intended purpose, expanded when water was switched on & compact back to store.Pros:- Lightweight- Expands on use (though I doubt it goes till 50 feet)Cons:- Developed leaks over time- Cannot fix it (have to throw away)If you're still reading & want to know: After 1 year of use it has developed enough leaks to make it unusable (water leaks all over and gets you wet due to pressure). I stored it in shade. We don't have any sharp rock structures for this hose to get cut. I handle the gardening in the house & am always careful on hoses (I've gone thru fair share of rubber hoses).
